Autism Buddy is a registered trade name of Strategic Supply Solutions LLC.

My Autism Buddy is currently offered only in the United States, the Philippines, and Mexico.

By creating an account or using My Autism Buddy you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Who may use My Autism Buddy

  • Only adults who are at least 18 years old and who are a child's parent or legal guardian may create an account.
  • Children may not create accounts or use My Autism Buddy directly.
  • Accounts are currently available only to people located in the United States, the Philippines, and Mexico.
  • The parent or legal guardian who owns the account is responsible for all information entered into that account.

2. What My Autism Buddy is and is not

My Autism Buddy is an organizational and educational-support tool that helps caregivers organize routines and information.

  • It is not a medical provider, healthcare provider, therapist, diagnostic tool, emergency service, or a substitute for professional care.
  • It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medication instructions, or emergency services.
  • You must contact qualified professionals for medical, behavioral, developmental, legal, or emergency concerns.
  • In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services. In the United States and the Philippines, call 911 where available.

3. Information you enter about a child

  • Use only an alias or nickname for a child.
  • Do not enter a child's legal name, full birth date, home address, school, photograph, contact information, precise location, medical records, government identifiers, or other unnecessary identifying information.
  • Only enter information you are authorized to provide.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
  • Interfere with or test the security of the service.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to a child.
  • Upload harmful, malicious, or infringing content.

5. Your content

  • You retain ownership of the content you enter into your account.
  • You grant My Autism Buddy only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, export, and delete that content while operating the service for you.
  • Parent-entered content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review information carefully before sharing it with another person, including a professional.

6. Ask AI

  • Ask AI is optional and remains off unless you enable it.
  • Ask AI may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate responses.
  • You must independently review AI output and must not rely on it for medical, diagnostic, treatment, therapy, medication, legal, or emergency decisions.

7. Free access

  • The service is currently free for registered parents and legal guardians.
  • There are no subscriptions, trials, paid plans, or paid feature restrictions.

8. Account suspension, termination, and your controls

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or security-threatening conduct.
  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • You may export your data and permanently delete your account using the controls in Settings.

9. Service changes and availability

Reasonable service changes, interruptions, maintenance, and feature changes may occur.

To the extent legally permitted, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

10. Governing law and resolving concerns

Nevada law governs these Terms, except where mandatory consumer or privacy law in your location applies.

Before starting litigation, please contact autismbuddyinfo@gmail.com so that we can attempt an informal resolution together.

My Autism Buddy is an organization and support tool for parents, caregivers, and independent adults. It helps organize routines and information. It does not provide or replace diagnosis, therapy, treatment, medical or clinical advice, emergency services, or professional caregiver training.

My Autism Buddy is not an emergency service. If a child or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
